These Terms of Service govern your use of ProReadX, operated by Khushi ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using ProReadX, you agree to be bound by these terms.
ProReadX is an online reading speed and comprehension training platform. We provide interactive tools, reading exercises, comprehension tests, and educational content designed to help users improve their reading speed and comprehension.
ProReadX is available to users of all ages worldwide. Users under 18 should have parental permission to purchase a plan. By making a purchase, you confirm that you are either 18 or older, or have parental consent.
To access the full course, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately at proreadx@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
ProReadX offers the following paid plans:
Monthly Plan: Provides access to the full course for 30 days from the date of purchase.
Annual Plan: Provides access to the full course for 365 days from the date of purchase.
Lifetime Plan: Provides permanent access to the full course with no expiry date.
All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) through Razorpay. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We offer a 7-day refund policy for all paid plans. If you are not satisfied with ProReadX within 7 days of your purchase, contact us at proreadx@gmail.com and we will process a full refund. Refund requests made after 7 days of purchase will not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Your plan gives you personal, non-transferable access to ProReadX. You may not:
All content on ProReadX, including but not limited to text, tools, exercises, designs, and code, is owned by Khushi or licensed to us. You may not reproduce or distribute this content without explicit written permission.
Reading passages used in the platform are either original works or have been adapted and rewritten for educational purposes.
We aim to keep ProReadX available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may occasionally take the platform offline for maintenance or updates. We will try to notify users in advance of planned downtime.
We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features from ProReadX at any time. We may also update pricing for new purchases. Existing subscribers will not be affected by price changes during their current plan period.
ProReadX is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no guarantees about specific improvements in reading speed or comprehension. Results vary between individuals and depend on consistent practice and effort.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ProReadX and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
